- The 13″ hardened, forged stainless steel knife is great for a variety of slicing applications.
- The slice thickness can be adjusted up to 1 5/16″ to allow for fine cuts or thicker slices. A 1/2 hp motor delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing.
